At eight o'clock you knowwhat counts today.

Every morning one page with your calendar, the email that matters, who is waiting for you and what was left over yesterday. At the end of the day a short wrap-up that prepares tomorrow.

Your day on one pageThe Netherlands
00 · Where it started

It ran at our place first.

Study, client work and the business itself all run together at our place. We started the day with five apps open and at ten o'clock still did not know what mattered most. Now a brief is ready at eight with the calendar, who emailed and what people are waiting for, and at six a wrap-up follows that prepares tomorrow. If the brief does not arrive, a safety net sends it at half past eight anyway.

01 · Where it goes wrong

Does this sound familiar?

  • 01You start the day in your inbox instead of on your most important work.
  • 02Information is scattered across calendar, email, CRM and a notes app.
  • 03What was left over yesterday you only notice when someone asks about it.
  • 04Dashboards exist, but you do not open them.
02 · What we build

What you get.

  • A morning brief by email or as a page, at a fixed time
  • Sources of your choice: calendar, email, CRM, bookkeeping, project board
  • A wrap-up at the end of the day with what is ready for tomorrow
  • A safety net for when the brief does not arrive
  • Only what matters, not a ten-page report
03 · Try it

Operating it yourself says more than a description.

Look at a sample brief and click a source to see which lines come from it. Switch to the six o'clock wrap-up. This is a demo on sample data, not client work.

04 · How it runs

Four steps, in this order.

01

We sit in

We look at which apps you start the day with and which information you would have wanted by ten o'clock.

02

We build alongside

The first version runs separately from your systems and writes nothing into them. If you stop, nothing has changed.

03

You keep the last step

Whatever the system produces is first ready as a draft. Only when you give the go-ahead does anything leave the building.

04

We connect only once it works

Once it proves right in practice, and only then, we connect it to your systems for good.

Lead time

Lead time: one to three weeks for a working first version.

05 · Questions

What people ask us about this.

Q1Isn't this just a dashboard?

No. A dashboard has to be opened, and on a busy day you do not. The brief comes to you, at a fixed time, and contains only what matters that day.

Q2Which sources can go in?

The usual ones: your calendar, email, CRM, bookkeeping and project board. We start with the two or three you open most and only expand once the brief has proven its worth.
