Photo of the receipt.Email. Done.
Take a photo of the receipt and email it. Amount, VAT, date and supplier land in your bookkeeping by themselves, and you log your trips with one sentence. When the VAT return is due, everything is ready.
It ran at our place first.
For the VAT return of the third quarter we had to account for fuel receipts, trips and a MacBook. The receipts were in the car, in the mailbox and in a coat pocket. Now a photo goes by email to ourselves with 'tank' in the subject, the text on the receipt is read on the laptop itself, and the trip and the amount are in the books. Kilometres we pass on in one sentence.
Does this sound familiar?
- 01Receipts disappear into coat pockets, cars and mailboxes.
- 02The mileage log is reconstructed afterwards from the calendar.
- 03At the end of the quarter, searching takes longer than entering.
- 04Accounting software wants you to log in and fill in forms, and you do not do that on the road.
What you get.
- A fixed email address or keyword: send the photo there and it is processed
- Text recognition on the receipt, on your own device where possible
- Logging trips in plain language ('Breda to Tilburg and back, client X')
- A connection to your bookkeeping (Moneybird, e-Boekhouden, Exact)
- A quarterly overview ready for the VAT return
Operating it yourself says more than a description.
Pick a receipt and see how supplier, amount and VAT are read from it. Then log a trip in one sentence and watch the quarterly overview keep up. This is a demo on sample data, not client work.

Receipt by email
Pick a receipt. You photograph it and email it on.
A trip in one sentence
Type or tap one sentence. The rest is pulled out of it.
Q3 overview
Nothing added yet. Pick a receipt or a trip and the overview grows with it.
This is the overview that is ready for your VAT return. Only what you added in this session counts.
Illustrative demonstration with examples prepared in advance. No live AI call and no API key needed; the answers are fixed and contain no invented figures or names.
Four steps, in this order.
We sit in
We look at a pile of real receipts from one quarter, crumpled ones included, and at how you track your trips today.
We build alongside
The first version runs separately from your systems and writes nothing into them. If you stop, nothing has changed.
You keep the last step
Whatever the system produces is first ready as a draft. Only when you give the go-ahead does anything leave the building.
We connect only once it works
Once it proves right in practice, and only then, we connect it to your systems for good.
Lead time: one to three weeks for a working first version.

What people ask us about this.
Q1Do I need to install an app?
No. You take a photo and email it, something you already do. That is exactly why it works: the best automation asks for no new habit.
Q2Does this work with my accounting package?
With most common packages it does, such as Moneybird, e-Boekhouden and Exact. We only connect it once you have seen that the reading is right.
Q3What if a receipt is unreadable?
Then it is not guessed but flagged, so you take a quick look. Better one question to you than a wrong amount in your books.
