No enquiry leftwaiting
The most expensive lead is the one that sits in a shared inbox for three days. Not because nobody wanted to pick it up, but because twenty other emails were stacked around it. Sorting by what it is and how urgent it is, is work that lends itself very well to automation.
Does this sound familiar?
- 01A shared inbox where urgent and non-urgent questions are mixed together.
- 02Everyone assumes someone else will pick it up, so an enquiry sits there.
- 03The same standard questions are answered by hand again every week.
- 04There is no view afterwards of how quickly things were answered, or what was not.
What you get.
- Incoming email and forms automatically classified by subject and urgency
- A draft reply ready and waiting, in your own tone
- Forwarding to the right person or department, with the context attached
- An alert when something has been waiting too long
- An overview of what came in and what happened to it
Operating it yourself says more than a description.
Pick an incoming customer email and see how urgency and type of question are determined, with a draft reply alongside. This is a demo on sample data, not client work.

Four steps, in this order.
I read along in your inbox
Which kinds of questions actually come in, and which of those are urgent?
We agree the rules
What counts as urgent, who gets what, and what must never go out automatically.
Drafts, no send button
The system proposes, a person sends. That way the tone stays yours.
Measure and adjust
After a few weeks we see which classifications are right and which need adjusting.
Lead time: one to two weeks for a working first version.

What people ask me about this.
Q1So do replies go to my customers automatically?
Not in the setup I build by default. The system prepares a draft, a person sends it. Your tone stays yours, and a misjudged email is never sent on its own.
Q2What if a question is classified wrongly?
That happens. That is why the setup always keeps an ordinary tray for doubtful cases, and in the first weeks we look together at where the classification needs adjusting. Nothing disappears silently.
Q3Do I have to switch email programs for this?
No. I work with the inbox you already have. The whole idea is that your people keep working in the same screen, with a better order in it.
Q4Can this also work with phone and WhatsApp?
Forms and email are the simplest. Phone can work via a transcript, WhatsApp via the business integration. Both are feasible, just not the place to start.
